We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems thru routine PM and sometimes emergency repairs to maintain a safe environment.
The preferred candidate will have:

years of active experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
Training certificates/programs are accepted as experience Ability to use/learn hand and power tools Unrestricted drivers license Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Perform simple mathematics Ability to multi-task and prioritize Initiative and ability to work without direct supervision All students, faculty and staff are required to be fully vaccinated or provide authorized documentation for exemption Physical Requirements:
Heavy work - Maintenance staff are constantly on the move, addressing requests for service.
Some requirements are:
Be able to lift, push/pull 45 lbs, up to 100 lbs with assistance Operate all equipment and duties in a safe manner, using all safety protocols May be required to work outside in all seasons/weather Be able to use boom lift, drive company vehicles and ATV's Climb stairs, lift overhead, fine motor skills, bend and stoop Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Performs/assists repair of all buildings and equipment including plumbing, electrical and mechanical Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.
Responds to emergency on call maintenance requests as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
